About The Position

The Dishwasher washes and cleans tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, and keeps the dishroom and equipment clean and organized. This position is based in a warehouse commissary, where the workload differs from that of a restaurant and equipment includes large pots, trays, large totes, and large cutting boards. The Dishwasher works as part of a team with other back-of-house positions and may fill in as needed to support smooth and efficient operations, as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor. The role requires maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout dish, food preparation, and production areas; following the company cleaning chart and completing daily checklists; and keeping clean tableware and kitchenware available for the dining room and kitchen. The position operates Monday through Friday, with no weekends.
