About The Position

Seeking energetic Dishwashers that are happy to assist our team as they are the backbone to our state-of-the-art kitchen. They ensure the flow isn't interrupted and keep the dish room organized and the dish machine in clean and working order so our members and their guests have a GREAT experience at their club. Requirements

Must be available to work 5 days including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Properly cleans the kitchen, washes work area tables, walls, refrigerator and cooking equipment.
Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
Maintains the dish machine in clean and working order.
Complies with company standards and sanitation guidelines.
Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
Assist in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.
