About The Position
Come be a part of the foundation of our food and beverage experience striving to create a positive guest experience. Operates dish machine, cleans floors and kitchen equipment, stocks kitchenware in food outlets. Applies high guest service standards.
Requirements
- Ability to perform heavy lifting.
Responsibilities
- Operates dish machine and maintains racks and dish storage.
- Cleans floors and light kitchen equipment. Removes trash and cleans coolers.
- Delivers and stocks plates, glasses, pots and pans for all restaurant and kitchen areas.
- Maintains loading dock area (Little Six Casino) / Assists in Banquets by cleaning or moving kitchen equipment.(Mystic Lake Casino Hotel)
