Dishwashers are responsible for the cleaning, storage, and dispatch of all dishes, equipment, and utensils for the Main Lodge Kitchen. Must work according to the standards of Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing, as determined by the Executive Chef, and in compliance with all health and safety regulations. Must always adhere to all sanitary and safe food and dish handling guidelines. Will be called on to help with basic food prep, so any restaurant experience will be an asset.
