About The Position

The Dishwasher plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen at Puttery, a modern entertainment destination featuring tech-infused mini golf, cocktails, and chef-inspired menus. The position washes and sanitizes dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment while meeting food-safety and cleanliness standards. The Dishwasher also supports kitchen and service operations by collecting used items, restocking clean wares, and keeping the dish area organized.

Requirements

• Familiarity with kitchen safety, sanitation, and standard operating procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to work well under pressure.
• Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and surrounding spaces.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Collect dirty or used items from prep areas, service stations, or events to assist kitchen staff.
• Operate dishwashing machinery and report malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Follow venue safety and cleanliness policies and procedures.
• Support team members in maintaining an efficient and collaborative kitchen environment.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the culinary or management team.
