About The Position

Dishwashers help keep the restaurant and kitchen running smoothly by ensuring that equipment and supplies are clean, sanitized, and organized. The role supports kitchen operations, service stations, food and paper deliveries, and restaurant cleanliness. Dishwashers work indoors 75% of the time and outdoors 25%, often in hot and damp conditions, and frequently immerse their hands in water diluted with chemical solutions.

Requirements

Ability to read and write in English.
Good communication skills; friendly and people-oriented.
Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, and able to multitask.
Basic math skills.
Able to stand for the entire shift.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and place items on high shelves and in walk-in coolers and freezers.
Able to bend and stoop frequently.
Able to work frequently in hot and damp conditions and frequently immerse hands in water diluted with chemical solutions.
Able to work frequently with sharp knives and utensils and hot plates.

Responsibilities

Provide clean, sanitized, and spot-free utensils, plate ware, glassware, and equipment for Players and Fans.
Set up the dish machine in the morning and close it down in the evening according to proper procedures.
Maintain and clean the dish machine daily and troubleshoot malfunctions as needed.
Wash plate ware, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils while following sanitation and cleaning procedures.
Gather boxes and trash from kitchen and Fan areas, take them to the dumpster, reline cans, and return them to their places.
Sweep and mop floors.
Assist with prep duties when needed and clean and sanitize throughout the shift.
Put away food and paper deliveries, follow cooler diagrams and the first-in, first-out rule, and mark vendor-supplied items with the date received.
Supply the line with needed items.
Supply ice to the bar and server stations.
Complete opening, shift-change, and closing checklists, as well as weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
Perform other duties as requested by the Coach.
