About The Position

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. This position also assists with general kitchen cleaning and helps ensure the back-of-house operates efficiently during events.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to cleanliness.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
Must follow all company safety and sanitation standards.

Nice To Haves

Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment.
Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners as needed.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors throughout and after events.
Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies in designated areas.
Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and sanitation duties.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
Support the kitchen team with other duties as assigned
