About The Position

The Dishwasher washes and sanitizes tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares at Memorial Booth Stadium (University of Kansas Football Stadium). The role requires excellent attendance and availability to work scheduled events according to business needs. The position pays $15.00–$18.00 per hour and will remain open until February 5, 2026.

Requirements

Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests.
Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.

Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Ensure previously used items meet the highest sanitation standards and are clean and free from contamination risk before reuse.
Use and implement M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety practices, and food and beverage policies and procedures.
Remove trash and keep loading and receiving areas safe and clean.
Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
Clean and sanitize food service areas and equipment.
