About The Position

The Dishwasher cleans and sanitizes dishes, utensils, and other items, and helps maintain clean restaurant and kitchen areas. The role requires regular, reliable attendance and punctuality during scheduled work hours. Employees are expected to maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues, remain alert to restaurant operations, and keep their supervisor informed of concerns. Duties must be performed in accordance with safety procedures, including use of safety equipment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure.
• Demonstrated experience problem solving, organizing, and prioritizing work.
• No previous experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior dishwashing knowledge or experience in a hospitality, restaurant, or gaming environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dirty dishes, utensils, and other items as needed.
• Empty trash, sweep and mop floors, and wipe down work stations to keep the kitchen clean.
• Clean tables and other restaurant areas as requested or required.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance positive relations with guests and employees.
• Alert the supervisor to concerns about the quality, selection, or variety of food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow safety procedures, including using safety equipment.
• Identify unsafe practices or conditions and inform the supervisor.
• Remain alert while performing responsibilities and maintain general awareness of restaurant operations.
• Keep the supervisor informed of concerns.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality during scheduled work hours.
