About Us: Solette Seattle is a rooftop oasis atop Level South Lake Union, continuing the Solette story with a focus on creative cocktails, live music, and innovative cuisine for a community of tastemakers. Join us to bring lifestyle-driven hospitality to new heights with a dedicated, collaborative team in a vibrant, city-facing setting. Scheduled to open in of Spring 2026.
Requirements

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-first attitude and reliability
- Food Safe certification or willingness to obtain
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dishware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Support kitchen service through timely and efficient dishwashing
- Keep dish and prep areas clean, safe, and well organized
- Follow sanitation, safety, and cleaning standards at all times
