About The Position
Abeja is a one-of-a-kind destination for those seeking a truly special wine country experience. Located in Walla Walla on a serene 49 acres of estate vineyards, lavender fields, and gardens, Abeja is a celebrated winery and distinctive Inn that creates a magical countryside oasis. Visitors will experience exclusive world-class Washington state wines, all crafted with care from the land, while staying in guest cottages that each share a different story about the rich history of the turn-of-the-century farmstead. The Abeja experience is created by people who are devoted to a continued pursuit of what they do best and an endless drive to do even better for wine enthusiasts and guests of The Inn. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well as part of a team, maintains a positive and professional attitude, and is eager to support the winery through cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be available during weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be flexible and able to work under pressure
- Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s)
Responsibilities
- Wash china, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and of the cleaning supplies
- Remove trash, compost, and recycle to appropriate receptacles
