Requirements

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and efficiently
• Keeping the dish pit clean, organized, and stocked
• Assisting with basic kitchen prep and organization as needed
• Taking out trash, recycling, and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Supporting cooks and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
