This position goes beyond washing—it involves organization, learning equipment specific to Gritz N Wafflez, and properly storing all tableware and cookware to prevent overuse and breakage.

Responsibilities

Rinse, scrape, and prepare dishware and cookware for washing.
Load and unload the dishwashing machine efficiently and safely.
Wash large pots, delicate glassware, and specialty items by hand as needed.
Clean and sanitize sinks, counters, and kitchen areas regularly.
Ensure the dishwashing machine is functioning properly and perform basic maintenance when required.
Organize cleaning supplies and notify management when additional supplies are needed.
Learn and properly use equipment specific to Gritz N Wafflez to prevent overuse and breakage.
Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment in the correct areas.
Assist with keeping the kitchen and dish area clean, organized, and free of clutter.
Promptly remove garbage and recycling to maintain hygiene standards.
