As a Dishwasher, you support kitchen operations by maintaining clean, sanitized work areas and ensuring all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards. You help create a safe, organized kitchen environment that supports quality meal service and resident well-being.
Requirements
- Support kitchen operations by maintaining clean, sanitized work areas
- Ensure all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards
- Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
- Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
- Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
- Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
- Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
- Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
- Support dining service duties as assigned
