About The Position

Dishwashers keep the restaurant and kitchen running smoothly by ensuring that all equipment and supplies are clean, sanitized, and organized. They clean and maintain dishwashing equipment, support kitchen preparation and stocking, keep work areas clean, and help supply the line, bar, and server stations. The role performs opening, shift-change, closing, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks and other duties as requested by a Coach.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Good communication skills; friendly and people-oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, and able to multitask.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to stand for 100% of the shift.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds during the shift and place items on high shelves and in a walk-in cooler and freezer.
• Able to bend and stoop frequently.
• Able to work frequently in hot and damp environments and frequently immerse hands in water diluted with chemical solutions.
• Able to work frequently with sharp knives and utensils and hot plates.

Responsibilities

• Provide Players and Fans with clean, sanitized, and spot-free utensils, plateware, glassware, and equipment.
• Set up the dish machine in the morning and close it down in the evening according to proper procedures.
• Maintain the daily cleanliness and upkeep of the dish machine and troubleshoot malfunctions as needed.
• Wash plateware, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils while following sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Gather boxes and trash from kitchen and Fan areas and take them to the dumpster; reline cans and return them to their designated locations; sweep and mop floors.
• Assist with prep duties when needed and clean and sanitize throughout the shift.
• Put away food and paper deliveries, follow cooler diagrams and first-in, first-out stocking practices, and mark vendor-supplied items with the date received.
• Supply the line with needed items.
• Supply the bar and server stations with ice.
• Complete opening, shift-change, and closing checklists, as well as weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed at the Coach’s request.
