About The Position
The Dishwasher assists in delivering a high-quality experience in an energetic, high-volume, clean, and sanitary environment. The role requires attention to detail, multitasking, and organization to stay ahead of each shift. Team members work together to create a fun atmosphere rooted in teamwork and hard work, with product knowledge emphasized as part of delivering an exceptional guest experience. Flight Club is a tech-enabled Social Darts® entertainment venue combining craft cocktails and upscale cuisine. It operates in major U.S. cities under State of Play Hospitality and in more than 30 locations worldwide.
Requirements
- Maintain a current food handlers certificate throughout employment.
- Be available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays.
- Be able to stand and/or walk for long periods.
- Be able to lift over 50 pounds if necessary.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Report for scheduled shifts punctually and in proper attire, meeting health and hygiene standards.
- Multitask under pressure and perform at a high level.
- Clean utensils, dishware, glassware, and kitchen crockery efficiently.
- Maintain the dishwasher to standard using proper chemicals and correct temperatures, and de-lime it as needed.
- Maintain hygiene, tidiness, and cleanliness in accordance with health codes.
- Assist with putting away deliveries, storage rotation, and cooler organization.
- Maintain clean trash areas and assist with recycling and composting.
- Accurately carry out instructions from management during service.
- Follow cleaning schedules and perform ongoing cleaning, setup, and breakdown.
- Attend required training sessions and team meetings.
- Comply with company rules and procedures and reasonable management requests during shifts.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures, and report hazardous situations or incidents to management.
