About The Position

Clearwater at Rancharrah, a premier luxury senior living community in Reno, is looking for a part-time Dishwasher to join their team. The role involves transporting, sanitizing, and cleaning all dishes and utensils after meal times, breaking down the kitchen for cleanup, and assisting with other dining/kitchen duties as assigned, all in accordance with company policies and procedures. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience in restaurant or food services operations preferred
Background clearances as required by government regulations
Must meet health requirements, including TB

Responsibilities

Prepares, cleans, and organizes dish storage and washing areas in accordance with all community safety and department policies and procedures.
Washes all dishes, eating utensils, and cooking tools as needed, ensuring all items are properly sanitized and stored.
Ensures the sanitation levels of the dish machine and sinks are within the required range by utilizing the correct test strips.
Ensures that the water is at the correct temperature to ensure optimum cleaning, rinsing, and sanitizing.
Maintains daily records of temperature and level of sanitizer logs.
Transports food as needed, ensuring that the correct temperatures are maintained during transportation, and returning the cart to the kitchen in a timely manner.
Ensures proper cleaning supplies are in inventory and properly used, notifying the supervisor when new supplies need to be ordered.
Minimizes waste and ensures proper use of equipment at all times.
Complies with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.
Displays a positive and professional image through actions and maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
Represents the Clearwater Living principles and core values on a daily basis.
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned or required.
