About The Position
Dishwasher team members, known at Chili's as Heart of House team members, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment; keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized; work quickly to keep up with the restaurant's pace; and contribute to a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires some weekend and holiday shifts. Chili's is a casual dining company founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975. The company emphasizes service, hospitality, and giving back, and aims to provide a positive experience to every guest.
