About The Position

Chili's bartenders serve food and drinks while creating a lively atmosphere through warm hospitality. They provide a great bar experience, help Guests feel welcome, and contribute to a safe and inviting environment. The role is in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and requires knowledge of the menu and beverages, responsible alcohol service, and keeping the bar clean. Previous bartending experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum age requirement for the position in the applicable locality.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Be able to reach and bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
• Be a team player.
• Have a positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine desire to exceed Guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest.
• Remain visible behind the bar to assist Guests and Team Members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food and beverages.
• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
• Keep glasses, bar equipment, and work areas clean.
• Demonstrate strong time-management and multitasking skills.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
