The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment within the kitchen and restaurant areas. This role involves performing duties in compliance with safety procedures, including the proper use of safety equipment. The Dishwasher must report to work on time and ready to perform duties, wearing the required uniform and nametag. A gaming license is required if in possession of one. Key responsibilities include washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and other items, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen by emptying trash, sweeping and mopping floors, and wiping down workstations. The role also involves cleaning tables and other restaurant areas as needed, fostering positive relationships with guests and employees, and alerting supervisors to any concerns regarding food and beverage quality. Additional duties and special projects may be assigned.
