Ron’s Lumber & Home Center, a Nation’s Best Holdings, LLC company, is seeking candidates for a Dishwasher position at the Lumberjack Café in our Howe, Oklahoma location. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2+ years of restaurant or food and beverage experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen operations
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and move heavier items with assistance as needed
• Sense of urgency and willingness to support the team as needed
• Results-oriented with the ability to serve customers with humility and be a steward of Nation’s Best values
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexible
• Strong interpersonal skills with a consistent focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen and café have clean and sanitized dishes, utensils, pots, pans and equipment
• Assist with basic food preparation as assigned
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized kitchen and dish area
• Support food prep for daily items and specials as needed
• Follow recipes, procedures and presentation guidelines
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels in work areas
• Launder towels, aprons and other items as needed
• Support overall café operations and assist team members as needed
• Complete additional duties and tasks as assigned
