About The Position

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans, cooking equipment, floors, walls, coolers, ceilings, and other kitchen areas. The role helps keep the kitchen and equipment clean and organized at all times. The Dishwasher provides exceptional customer service, supports other department team members, communicates effectively with customers, team members, and leadership, and follows Plum Market Food Service policies and standard operating procedures. The role is offered in part-time and full-time positions. Most shifts are Monday through Friday mornings; the posting also describes weekends, holidays, and summers as off.

Requirements

Passion for customer service.
Self-motivation.
Attention to detail.
Ability to stand and walk for up to four hours without a break.
Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, and push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds unassisted.
Employment is contingent upon a successful background check.
