About The Position

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing and cleaning all tableware, pots, pans, cooking equipment, and kitchen surfaces and areas, including floors, walls, coolers, and ceilings. The role keeps the kitchen and equipment clean and organized at all times. Dishwashers provide customer service, support other department Team Members, communicate with Customers, Team Members, and Leadership, and follow Plum Market Food Service policies and standard operating procedures. Part-time and full-time positions are available. The posting highlights Monday through Friday schedules, with weekends, holidays, and summers off.

Requirements

• Passion for Customer Service.
• Self-motivation.
• Detail-oriented nature.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.
• Able to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift loads up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push and pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.
• Employment is contingent upon a successful background check.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, cooking equipment, floors, walls, coolers, ceilings, and other kitchen areas.
• Keep the kitchen and equipment clean and organized at all times.
• Provide exceptional service to Customers.
• Help other Team Members in the Department.
• Communicate effectively with Customers, Team Members, and Leadership.
• Adhere to Plum Market Food Service policies and standard operating procedures.
• Execute assigned work, learn, and follow up.
