About The Position
The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring that all dishware, utensils, pots, and pans are thoroughly sanitized. This role also involves maintaining the kitchen work area and equipment, cleaning drains, replacing sanitizer in the tank, and keeping the dish area and floor free of trash and debris. The Dishwasher will place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas following cleanliness standards. This position reports to the General Manager.
Requirements
- Basic verbal communication skills required.
- Mobility required during the entire shift
- Work as part of a team and help in other areas if need be
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all dishware, utensils, pots, and pants are thoroughly sanitized
