About The Position

The Dishwasher is responsible for cleanliness and organization of all back of house Food and Beverage and Kitchen areas. They are responsible for maintaining inventory of all dishwashing supplies. Dishwashers also assist in maintaining china, glass, silver and kitchen supply inventory.

Requirements

  • Ability to read/write and communicate effectively
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40lbs
  • Be able to work in a standing positions for long periods of time.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation, safety, and dish care

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in kitchen preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all cleaning in back of house Food and Beverage areas to ensure highest quality efficiency and operations
  • Coordinate with Chefs all equipment needs for banquets
  • Cleaning dishes, utensils and kitchen areas in accordance to standard operating procedures.
  • Removal of trash from all areas
  • Delivery of dishes/silver/china to appropriate needs area
  • Sanitizing all kitchen areas
  • Sweeping/moping kitchen
