About The Position
We are currently seeking a full time dishwasher/entry level cooks with the ability to move through the ranks of the kitchen. Cleanliness and sanitation are the utmost importance to us, so we are looking for a very detail oriented and hard working individual! GOALS To promote teamwork within the restaurant and creating a positive work environment. Reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees. Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization at all times. Perform duties that ensure guest satisfaction. To follow handling and sanitation procedures. Use extreme caution when handling equipment and products to avoid breakage and injury. To respond positively to management's requests.
Requirements
- Experience preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Resourceful, clean and well organized working habits with attention to detail.
- Personable, outgoing, energetic team player with positive attitude.
- Ability to think quick on their feet and multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude.
- Flexibility in schedule.
