About The Position

Clarendale Six Corners is recruiting a hospitality-focused Dishwasher to join its culinary team. This role provides hands-on serving functions within the community and supports cleanliness, food quality, dining-room presentation, and kitchen operations. The position helps create a warm, inviting environment for residents and guests and contributes to a culture where employee engagement and business decisions support revenue and occupancy. The posting offers full-time and part-time schedules. Available shifts are 7:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. for either schedule, with additional part-time shifts of 12:00–8:30 p.m. or 4:00–8:30 p.m. Some weekend hours are required. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour.

Requirements

Completion of at least sophomore year of high school.
Enthusiasm, compassion, and passion for hospitality and senior engagement.

Nice To Haves

Experience in food service work.
Experience working with seniors.

Responsibilities

Maintain community standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
Maintain dining-room appearance and presentation standards.
Set up and break down the ware-washing system; wash dishes and pots; perform general cleaning; store food and non-food supplies; and assist with food-preparation production.
Assist serving staff with setting tables and workstation areas and with clearing tables.
Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, the ware-washing system, and kitchen areas.
Know the diets provided and serve them correctly in accordance with policies and procedures.
Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner that creates a positive marketing environment.
Support a culture in which business decisions and employee engagement help drive revenue and occupancy.
