This role is responsible for washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand. The position requires maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities also include sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, and ensuring overall cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area. The dishwasher will sort and remove trash, ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines, and assist with unloading and storing deliveries. Other kitchen duties may be assigned by the culinary team or supervisor.
