About The Position
Dishwashers are Kitchen (Heart of House) Team Members responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment; keeping the dish room clean and organized; and working quickly to keep up with the restaurant’s pace. Some weekend and holiday shifts are required. Team Members also contribute to a safe and welcoming environment. Chili’s describes itself as a casual dining company founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975, with a focus on service, hospitality, and giving back. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
