About The Position

The Dishwasher plays an important role in keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly during service. Little Hen is a stylish, high-volume brunch restaurant known for beautiful food, warm hospitality, and a professional team environment. We are opening our Fort Lauderdale location and are looking for reliable and hardworking Dishwashers to join our kitchen team.

Requirements

• Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Must be available weekends and holidays
• Morning and daytime availability required

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Keep dish area clean, organized, and stocked
• Maintain clean plates and utensils for service at all times
• Assist with trash removal and proper waste disposal
• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas
• Support kitchen team with basic cleaning and organization
• Follow sanitation, safety, and food handling standards
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries when needed
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow opening, closing, and cleaning procedures
