This role involves washing and sanitizing dishes, trays, utensils, and kitchen equipment, operating commercial dishwashing machines, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The position supports the kitchen team in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Slip-resistant rubber boots required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and perform physical work as needed
- Available to start as soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, trays, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate commercial dishwashing machines safely and efficiently
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Sort, stack, and store clean items properly
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Report equipment or safety concerns when needed
- Support the kitchen team in a fast-paced production environment
