Requirements

• Must be able to move at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position.
• Must be able to navigate/move about the facility and kitchen area.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the cleaning, sanitation of all incoming dishes, pots, silverware, and pans.
• Participate in the cleaning of kitchen & dining areas
• Must have the ability to safely operate a commercial dishwashing machine.
• Sweep and mop kitchen, cooler, and dish room floors each shift
• Take out all trash and discarded cardboard to the dumpster area each shift.
• Cleaning and organizational duties must be completed on time and accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ability to work with team members and other staff.
