About The Position

Craft & Crew Hospitality is hiring an entry-level Dishwasher for The Block Rogers. The role supports a busy restaurant by washing dishes, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and completing required cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing procedures. Dishwashers may also assist with food preparation, cleaning, or line work when needed, and may perform other duties assigned by a leader or manager. Requirements

Friendly personality, strong work ethic, and ability to work well with others.
Excellent communication skills, passion for hospitality, dedication to customer service, and willingness to exceed standards for guest satisfaction, food, cocktails, and service.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Assist in other kitchen areas when necessary, such as prep, cleaning, or the line.
Transfer refuse, used linen, cardboard, and similar items to designated areas.
Complete required cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing procedures.
Complete other duties as assigned by a leader or manager.
