About The Position

The Dishwasher position is a full-time role with a schedule of 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Responsibilities include operating a dish machine, preparing food for meals, maintaining sanitary conditions, and managing waste. A high school diploma or GED is required, and previous restaurant experience is preferred. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a genuine enjoyment of working with the senior population. Drug screening and a level two background check are mandatory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Obtain and hold any local or state required food handling/supervision/sanitation licenses and/or certifications
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings , weekends and holidays as needed
• Must enjoy working with the senior population

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operating a dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment
• Setting up and cleaning the dish machine area; checking temperatures and soap dispensing levels
• Preparing food for meals
• Assisting in maintaining preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition
• Emptying garbage and moving trash to dump site
