About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen by ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized in a timely manner.

Possess strong teamwork skills.
Work well in fast-paced setting, while maintaining a fun, high energy work environment.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Be able to reach, bend, stoop, push and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
Flexible schedule.
All BOH Manager and hourly positions might include the ability to withstand frequent exposure to high and low temperatures, smoke, and steam.
There is also frequent contact with sanitary latex gloves, sanitation solutions, all food products to include, but not limited to: meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, dairy and produce items.
Must frequently immerse hands in soap, cleaning chemicals and water.
Must be able to work in a hot and damp environment.

Responsibilities

Wash, scrub, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
Load and unload dishwashing machines.
Organize and stack clean dishes properly.
Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks as needed.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
