Requirements

• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen sanitation practices or willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Hire must reside near or in Bismarck, ND.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work station, including frequent cleaning of surfaces and sweeping floors.
• Perform timely dishwashing of all kitchen tools, equipment, and guest-facing items.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery and kitchen equipment in a safe manner.
• Adhere strictly to company and local health department guidelines for sanitation and hygiene.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of the kitchen area before and after each event.
• Contribute to the overall success of the organization in any capacity needed.
