About The Position

As a Dishwasher- Weekend Only at Country Meadows, you will play a key role in our residents’ dining experience in a welcoming home-like setting. Here, you will receive a consistently set paycheck, benefits and paid vacation. You will maintain a clean and sanitary work environment through collecting service ware, food preparation equipment, and utensils through the use of mechanical and manual ware washing services. Part Time, 8am-4pm, every other weekend shift available

Requirements

Kitchen, and facility/restaurant dishwashing preferred, but not required.
A positive customer service attitude demonstrating respect, friendliness and willingness to serve others.
Ability to work and collaborate well with others and multi-tasking capabilities.
Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.

Responsibilities

Cleans and maintains dishware, production equipment, pots and pans, floors and walls.
Rotates stock in all food storage areas including various serveries, cafes, and refrigerated units.
Is polite and cheerful when greeting and serving residents.
Assists residents with menu selector sheets.
Properly cleans and sanitizes the dishes and silverware per company standards.
Is responsible for floor maintenance in the dish room, kitchen and dining areas.
Operates the dish machine and other kitchen related equipment as needed.
Properly record temperature and sanitizer test results in temperature logs.
Maintains a clean, organized work environment.
