Sound good to you? Keep reading to learn more about this entry-level position! Our Dishwashers' schedules vary based on our event calendar and the season's showtimes. This is a great opportunity to gain professional experience and grow within the industry while working in a unique and beautiful venue! This role will keep you busy and moving as you safely operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean glasses, dishes, silverware, and service equipment throughout the event. Some manual dishwashing will also be required for delicate and specialty dishware. Following all health and safety standards, you'll make sure all items are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored. When you're not washing dishes, you'll be cleaning the dishwashing area, organizing the kitchen, taking out trash/recycling, and helping out in other areas. During peak times, you may also need to jump in to support the kitchen and food service teams. No matter what you're doing, your efforts will make a real difference!

Requirements

Ability to lift 60 lbs.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays) based on scheduled events and shows.
Team spirit and excellent collaboration skills.
Good communication skills.
Reliability, a solid work ethic, and sharp attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Dishwashing or kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

Safely operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean glasses, dishes, silverware, and service equipment.
