Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school graduate or equivalent
• 6 months to 1-year commercial/restaurant dishwashing experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, monitor temperature logs, and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work cooperatively with staff and residents
• Assist with transporting supplies, disposing of waste, and keeping the kitchen organized
• Comply with OSHA and other regulatory standards
