We are seeking a Dishwasher who takes pride in cleanliness, efficiency, and teamwork, someone who understands that excellence in hospitality starts with preparation and reliability. Why This Role Matters This role ensures our kitchens, concessions, and event spaces operate seamlessly. Clean, sanitized, and organized service ware allows our culinary teams to perform at the highest level, especially during weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, and peak service seasons. Your work directly supports the experience our guests remember. What You’ll Do Maintain High Sanitation Standards Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Support Seamless Kitchen Operations Maintain consistent turnaround of clean service ware during high-volume service Restock clean dishes and smallware to support culinary and concessions teams Monitor par levels to ensure uninterrupted operations Contribute to Event & Catering Success Retrieve used dishes and equipment from event spaces and return them for cleaning Adapt to working in prep kitchens, concessions, catering areas, and event locations as needed Uphold Team Excellence Communicate equipment or supply concerns promptly Support cross-training and assist team members during peak periods Maintain an organized, safe, and service-ready work environment What You Bring 1+ year of dishwashing, food service, concessions, or catering experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20–50 lbs Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 18 years of age Experience in high-volume or event-based food environments is a plus.
