About The Position
QSL Management is seeking a Dishwasher for Washington Commons by Barclay House, a senior living community. The role supports a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment while helping provide comfortable, resort-style homes and service to older adults. The listed schedule is evenings, 3:00 PM–7:30 PM. The position pays $12–$14 per hour.
Requirements
- A caring heart and willingness to serve others.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- ServSafe certification if applicable under state requirements.
- Flexibility and readiness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Wash and store dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils.
- Maintain kitchen sanitation and cleanliness.
- Properly maintain dishwashing equipment.
- Stock supplies as needed.
- Support staff with after-meal plate collection when requested.
- Maintain or exceed standards for a kitchen environment that promotes safety, proper hygiene, and cleanliness.
