About The Position
Dishwashers are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment; keeping the dish room and equipment clean and organized; and working quickly to keep up with the restaurant’s pace. Some shifts are required on weekends and holidays. The role also contributes to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-focused atmosphere and culture. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
