This role is responsible for ensuring all service and kitchen wares are clean and sanitized. The Dishwasher interacts with fellow team members and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality. This position requires a thorough understanding of the dish machine, proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies, and compliance with Department of Health and company sanitation standards. The Dishwasher will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the dish station, the kitchen, and the entire venue, as well as performing opening and closing procedures, stocking stations, maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment, and reporting any equipment or furniture damage.
