The Dishwasher must be able to work quickly and efficiently for long periods of time and enjoy the challenge of a high-volume work environment. Requirements
- Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
- Current Texas Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain one).
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with Sunday availability required.

Responsibilities
- Setting up dish pit; ensuring chemicals are properly stocked and connected
- Cleaning all dishes and small wares
- Other cleaning tasks as needed
- Minor prep tasks as needed
- Upholding food safety standards at all times
- Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
