Cleans and maintains all areas of the Foodservice Department according to safety, sanitation and infection control standards. May transport carts, deliver meal trays, or pick up meal trays from assigned areas. Regularly collects and disposes of all food related and recyclable waste/trash. Performs warewashing duties per safety guidelines. Can include but is not limited to: dishmachine and three compartment pot sink. Cleans and maintains carts and kitchen equipment, using proper techniques and cleaning solutions.
