About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the restaurant. The Dishwasher/Porter ensures a steady flow of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware, and occasionally assists with food portioning and general restaurant upkeep. The position requires adherence to all sanitation and hygiene practices and collaboration with team members for smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper sanitary cycles and machine upkeep to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Keep a steady flow of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware to support the team.
• Occasionally assist with portioning food items and supporting general restaurant cleanliness and upkeep.
• Follow all sanitation and hygiene practices to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation across departments.
• Maintain organization and keep all work areas clean and orderly.
