About The Position

The Dishwasher General Utility is responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition while assisting with food preparation. Work hours may be full-time or part-time, based on shift availability and management discretion.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to move from place to place in the kitchen when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Set up, use, and maintain the mechanical dishwasher throughout the shift.
• Keep the food line stocked with clean plates.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift, including cleaning work areas and restrooms.
• Assist with food preparation procedures.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition.
