About The Position

The Dishwasher Cleaner works in a high-energy kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team with food preparation and service. The role maintains cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment; operates dishwashing machinery; and handles and stores cleaned items properly. It may also involve basic food preparation, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients. The Dishwasher Cleaner follows food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards, collaborates with the kitchen team to support smooth workflow and timely service, and contributes to a positive, supportive, teamwork-oriented environment.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and take on additional tasks.
