About The Position

A Cleaner performs basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, and other assigned areas or items. Duties include sanitizing and restocking spaces, handling waste, cleaning floors, operating cleaning equipment, and following health and safety requirements. The role may also involve responding to flooded areas, incidental spills, and other trash- or restroom-related cleanup. The schedule listed is Monday to Friday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., totaling 28 hours per week. Multiple shifts and full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities are available.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
Willingness to work assigned hours.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform basic cleaning of assigned areas.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout assigned areas.
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management.
Perform additional duties as required, including cleaning flooded areas and incidental spills, and addressing trash and restroom concerns.
