About The Position

Nothing Bundt Cakes Bellevue is hiring a part time Dishwasher and Bakery Assistant! This role offers perfect hours for a balanced work schedule, with the bakery closed on Sundays and major holidays. Part-time dishwashers will be scheduled for 15-25 hours per week, Monday-Saturday, with flexible shift times and days depending on seasonality. The pay range is based on experience.

Requirements

• Good physical stamina
• Ability to be active and on your feet several hours at a time
• Able to understand written and oral directions
• Ability to perform repetitious, physical tasks that require the strength to lift items of moderate to heavyweight (as much as 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to evaluate processes, information, and surroundings to determine compliance with standards
• Discipline and attention to detail to strictly adhere to health and safety practices and work environment standards
• Diligent, organized and self-motivated
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in another operational support role at a bakery, restaurant or foodservice environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Washing all dishes
• Keeping all walls, floors, shelves and surfaces clean
• Assisting Baker and Froster with daily tasks
• Assisting other departments as needed
• Cleaning refrigerators
• Folding boxes
• Emptying trash and taking to dumpster
• Other general cleaning
